There are many hotels and AirBnBs available in and around the Monroe area, and we want our guests to choose the place that meets their and their family's needs.

Please know that this is a home game for the Georgia Bulldogs, so the Athens area will be busy (and expensive). We recommend that you book your accommodations as early as possible.

There is one home on-site and one home 1/2 a mile from the wedding venue that are available for our guests to rent. This would be a first come, first served basis. House 1 (on site) The Tin House, sleeps 8. 1 king bedroom with bathroom on the main floor, 1 room upstairs with 3 queen beds and 1 bathroom. $600 per night.

House 2 (1/2 mile off site) The Ranch House, sleeps 18. Upstairs: 1 king bedroom with bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms with 1 bath and a half bath, a full kitchen, 2 living rooms and sun room. Downstairs: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 4 bunk beds in separate room. 1 bath and full kitchen. $1,200 for the first night, $800 for additional nights.

This will likely be a more expensive option due to the home game taking place that weekend. It will also have the most traffic getting to/from the hotel on Saturday (our wedding is Sunday afternoon). It will, however, be a superb location, with amazing things to do around the area, AND you can walk to the GA vs. Ole Miss game! This will be around 25 minute drive to the wedding.

The Wayfarer Hotel (Monroe , GA) https://www.wayfarerhotel.net/

Closest option to 9 Oaks Farm, Wayfarer Hotel & Events offers elegant and comfortable accommodations with a bit of local flavor and small town hospitality. Located in historic downtown Monroe, Georgia, the restored 1910 building has two spacious suites and two guestrooms on the second floor. Several restaurants and shopping options are within walking distance.

Spirit of Grace B&B (Loganville, GA)

A 25 minute drive to the wedding, this bed and breakfast provides a comfortable home environment with elegant southern charm. Nestled on eight and a half acres on a quiet private street just thirty five miles east of downtown Atlanta.

The Firefly at Madison (Madison, GA)

A 30 minute drive to the wedding, The Firefly at Madison is a pretty Bed and Breakfast with 4 acres of woods. They practice regenerative farming, local foods and fun.

There are many other budget hotels around the area you are welcome to use (Holiday Inn, Deer Acres/Quality Inn, etc.) but we prefer the above list or using an AirBnB for a high-quality experience while celebrating with us.
